General Methodology
Human genome-wide gene expression was examined using the Human Genome U133plus2 probe array (GeneChip, Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA), which contains the oligonucleotide probe set for approximately 54600 full-length genes with some expressed sequence tags (ESTs), according to the manufacturer's protocol (Expression Analysis Technical Manual).
